LocalMind AI provides custom AI Content Agent development services for Canadian local businesses. Each agent is built specifically for the client's business type, location, and brand voice.
2. Payment Terms
Setup fees are due upon agreement. Monthly plans are billed in advance. We accept e-Transfer, PayPal, and credit card. All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
3. Delivery
Custom AI agents are delivered within 48 hours of receiving complete business information. We will notify you if delays occur.
4. Refund Policy
We offer a free demo before payment. Once the agent is built and delivered, setup fees are non-refundable. Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled with 30 days written notice.
5. Intellectual Property
Content generated by your AI agent is yours to use freely. LocalMind AI retains the right to reference your business as a client case study unless you request otherwise.
6. Limitation of Liability
LocalMind AI is not liable for business results. AI-generated content should be reviewed before publishing. We do not guarantee specific Google rankings or lead generation numbers.
